Den här bilen är tydligen en typ av "kulturgrej" här i St Kilda. Den står på samma plats, på samma gata dag ut och dag in. Jag har sett att den är fotograferad i fotoböcker osv. Så även jag passade på, går ju förbi den nästan varje dag, då den befinner sig på gatan bakom vårt hus.

Ah, this car is from the guys that would dress up as the blues brothers - every week in Melbourne there was a movie theatre, I think in St Kilda that would play The Blue Brothers - it went on for like 20 years that they would play it once a week. Anyway, it was a tradition that people would dress up as the blues brothers and go see it - hence the blues brothers car.
